Comment

Population range of point prevalence of anxiety disorders is 3.8-25% [1].

Population median point prevalence of PTSD is 12.5% with range 2.9% - 39.1% [2].

Results appear to show increased prevalence of Anxiety and PTSD in self-selected sampled population. Against those not screened as positive, there was increased immediate benefit.

There was near universal (95%) anticipation of using the techniques in the future.
